    Since i don't work in the early mornings, and sometimes have nothing better to do, i watch classic episodes of Saved by the Bell on tbs/tntn. My wife hates that show and thinks its the stupidest thing ever and a waste of time. I think its a silly show, but its entertaining now as it was back in the 90s. anyone here hate/like the show? who was your favorite character/chick? i have a thing for jesse

    I read some story about a guy getting caught in that position in his girlfriends parents house. The mother walked in on him and he was doing the AC Slater. I forget where I read it...It may have been here.

    Remember the episode of Smallville with Aquaman?

    Yeah. They tried to spin it off and it failed miserably.

    ok doing some quick research...

    he was on 2 episodes of Smallville....

    and then they did a Pilot that was unaired....but cost 7 million bucks to make...which is weird, since it has like Lou Diamond Phillips and Ving Rhames.

    it was apparently the 1st thing teh WB offered on itunes and sold great.

    so...

    thank god for the internet....

    Smallville and Aquaman...

    well, let me start by saying that i dont know why teh chick playing Lois Lane, and that Kruek girl get so much press, alison Mack, the blonde sidekick for super man is WAY cuter than them.

    im not impressed with Smallville Honestly, ive only watched 2 episodes, but, i dont know, the acting is pretty weak, and im not really interested to watch anything other than what i did.

    i was surprised and reminded that James Marsters, Spike, from Buffy, did a guest on Smallville, the season from Episode 5 with Aquaman, hes one of Clarks Professors...thought that was cool, and NO british Accent...no blonde hair...and he wasnt pasty... he wasnt too bad.

    what i found odd watching them tho, the dude who is Green Arrow in Smallville, is the SAME DUDE who played Aquaman in the Aquaman Pilot.

    and as for that, u know, that show seemed a little more interesting to me, the fact Ving Rhames wouldve had a HUGE part in that show as the guidence, kinda like Giles was for Buffy wouldve been good.

    teh chick from Saved By The Bell, SADLEY was in it for ALLLLL of....3 minutes... she looked HOT tho....

    but that show seemed ok, the acting was still kinda weak, but the plot was ok, and, it seemed like it wouldve done ok....

    i mean, when you think about it, from those 2 episodes of Smallville, and with how populat Heroes is....if they did a Justice League Spin off WITH Green Arrow, Cyborg, Flash and Aquaman, with Superman guesting and them guesting back on smallville, doing the crossover thing, it wouldve been opoular i personally thing.

    but halfway decent.

    Yup, the acting is okay without being especially good. I'm fond of saying popcorn or bubblegum cinema, so this must be a form of bubblegum tv.

    She was in it for 3 mins!?! I thought that she was a major character or something. What a rip.

    And yes, as much as I like K Kruek I'll readily admit that Alison Mack doesn't get anything like the plaudits or attention that she deserves.

    yeah kb, not to ruin it, but she plays Aquaman's mother, and she dies like before the fucking opening credits LMAO.

    literally...shes flying a plane....crashes into the triange...get nabbed by a siren....not in the show again

    Well, that's pretty poor. Maybe they were planning to use her in flashbacks if the series had continued...
