I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry....From what I have heard.....Shouldn't be on anyones top 10 list of anything....even if it deserves it.
Just touched off something. Anyone ever watch those sweet 16 things on MTV? I always think it is funny the the white little rich girls are always into these hard core gangsta rappers. Ironic is the word that jumps to mind.
  2.
Interesting article about a possible new cultural barometer. Thanks glim!
  3.
Will studios hire people to infiltrate and report back, that's the question?
Much like internet security firms sometimes hiring ex-hackers to test/create their systems...

k.b. well a awhile ago some big multinational thing hired a hacker to crack the master account(or whatever it's a called) on a torrent site.

they hacked into the owner(of a torrente site) account to get info that they could used in their lawsuit.

    the hacker got the goods....

Wouldn't information gained through illegal means be tossed out in court?
  5.
    Maybe so.
If I had been the torrent sites lawyer, that little stunt might have resulted in several counter suits against the multinational!

considering how much the riaa/mpaa think one movie/cd/song is ' worth' in the when it's time to sue thing...

yet they only pay the hacker $15,000 talk about being cheap...

it shouldn't fly in court but in the bush era america/something like this being allowed as evidence doesn't sound too unreal....
  6.
Good grief. Thanks for the info glim.

Yup, TLA, as you say the information gained would probably be inadmissible in court and would be unlikey to endear them to the judge....!

    edit: corrected some terrible spelling!
