    Yup, what with pda's, mp3 players, psp's and picture/video phones, I'm surprised it's taken so long for this to happen. Halfway legally anyway.
    I wouldn't be surprised if there are already enterprising souls out there with stuff on there phones/portable media players.

    KB, its actually pretty easy to put any video on your cell or PSP....

    all it takes is a app that changes the file extention of a video you have to said cell phone extention...

    IE...

    you have an AVI on your computer you want on your cell?

    buy a memory card for it, download a converter and convert the AVI to 3gp, which most cell phones record video as.

    I suppose the difference now is that they want people to pay for the privilege beforehand!
