And I was about to drop a tenner in her cup...until I noticed that she had her shoes off and they were friggin' Manolo Blahniks. So I told her that if her kids needed groceries <em>that</em> badly, she could always sell her shoes....but since she could clearly afford Manolos, she didn't need to be sitting outside flying a sign.

They were really ugly Manolos, too.
