Hey there!
My name is Jacque. I am married and I have two adorable children. I am currently on Summer break after my first year home schooling my 4 year old daughter. Doctors, synthetic medicine, insurance companies, and mass food production make me paranoid. :-)
I grow my own food and buy only from local farms and farmer's markets. I make my own medicines at home or buy them from a local natural/herbal medicine shop in my city.
I don't watch TV, and I don't have cable. I get my news from the local news radio station (conservative) and the local music/news outlet (VERY liberal). But, I LOVE to "people watch" and just BS for a little while each day.
I posted on Bastardly a few years back on a regular basis. Back then the crowd was a little more light-hearted and fun. Not saying it is worse now, but from the very superficial outer shell (the Bastardly posts) it looks bleak. I am hoping that here in the Bastarly Society forums I can see a little more of what the other posters are really like, and then determine whether Bastardly bastards truly are dead or just hiding. :-)

It changes color with my mood. If I recall correctly from the mood rings, blue means happiness, yes? Then yes, right now it is blue. Gut? -
