    It was a citizens arrest warrent that was signed by Tia herself, which means no matter if there was or was not any wrong doing by Shawne, the police had to detain him. Lets wait till after the long weekend here in the States, to see if he actually gets charged with anything by the courts.

    Some accounts have her being drunk all night long. Makes me wonder if he was refusing to let her drive home, and in her drunken state, went all rage on him.
